– Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
– Products must be returned in their original condition, with at least 90% of the original weight intact.

Return Process

2. Our returns processing team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Return the product via mail at your own cost, including the RMA number on the package.
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.

Refunds and Store Credits

– Depending on the nature of the quality issue, we may offer either a full refund or store credit.
– Store credits are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
– Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
– The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
